Laundromat
What are your hours?
We are open 7 days a week from 7:30 AM to 9:00 PM. Last wash is at 8:00 PM.
Are you attended?
We have attendants on site from 7:30 AM to 9:00 PM, 7 days a week.
Are you a coin or credit card laundromat?
Our machines accept coin, debit/credit, and reloadable Spyderwash cards. We have kiosks for getting coins and purchasing/reloading Spyderwash cards.
Do you have large machines?
Yes.
What is the parking situation?
We have a huge parking lot that is RV and trailer friendly.
Wash & Fold
What are your wash and fold hours?
Our wash and fold service is available 7:30 AM to 9:00 PM everyday. You may drop off/pick up any time during those hours, however, we kindly ask that you call before dropping off or picking up any orders as we do like our attendants to take lunch breaks.
What products do you use when you wash my clothes?
We use eco-friendly products. We use Charlie's Soap and Defunkify to give your clothes the TLC they deserve.
Is there a minimum order?
The minimum order is 15 lbs.
Do you wash my clothes with other clothes?
No. We always keep our customers laundry separate from one another.
What is the turnaround time for wash & fold?
48 hours
Do you iron clothes?
Yes, we iron clothes upon request for an additional fee. To learn more, please see our pricing list.
Do you hang clothes?
Yes, we will hang any clothes that are ironed. We will use used hangers if they are available, otherwise new hangers are available for an additional fee. Please see here for more info.
Do you pretreat stains?
We pretreat stains with Charlie's Soap® Biodegradable Pre-Spray Stain Remover. Please kindly inform our attendants of any inconspicuous stains.
Do you separate color laundry from white laundry?
Yes, we will wash whites separately from color items.
Do you match up socks?
We will match up socks to the best of our ability.
Can I provided wash instructions?
Yes, you may choose the wash cycle and drying temperature for your order(s).
